The Medical Laboratory Science department is a scientific department in the college of science/ University of Raparin in Ranya city. This department was first founded in 2018. The department follows the Bologna process, and the language of instruction is English. It takes four years, eight semesters of practical and theoretical subjects to earn 240 ECTS credits and get B.Sc. .

Mission

The department carries a scientific and practical academic mission by preparing qualified university graduates in the field of specialization and providing them with the principles of applied knowledge and skills required to work in various fields of health and life, interact with the community and contribute to its service.

Vision

The vision of Medical Laboratory Science department is to be one of the first qualitative departments in the region in terms of quality and excellence in teaching and to reach advanced ranks through the sobriety of scientific research and its applications.
